The hotel is located close to the Arno river to the east of the town, in an enchanting and peaceful position, a twenty minute walk to the city's historical sites but with good access to main roads leading out of the city.

The hotel is housed in a modern building with a white façade. The hotel lobby is very large furnished in creme colours, very pleasantly decorated. There are columns that surround the hall and the sitting are is composed by brown sofas and wooden furnitures. Also the American bar is pleasantly decorated with chairs and coffee tables. The hotel rooms are mainly medium in size, furnished in a simple but pleasant style. The decor is clean and simple and the furnishings are good and appealing. Rooms are carpeted and some of them have comfortable sofa. The main hotel restaurant is on the ground floor with a Mezzanine area. It is simply furnished and decorated but to a good standard offering Tuscan cuisine.
