The Adler Cavalieri Hotel is housed in a late-19th century palazzo, that was in turn built on the ruins of an ancient monastery dating back to 1300. The medium sized lobby features a marble floor and richly carved woodwork (known as boiseries). It is also decorated with elegant furniture that further reinforces the traditional atmosphere of 19th century Florence. The comfortable guestrooms boast a similar atmosphere and contain precious tapestries and frescoed ceilings. During spring and summer guests can enjoy music, cocktails and aperitifs in the peaceful garden terrace of the American Bar. The hotel also offers the Adler Wine Bar, which serves Tuscan wines and à la carte snacks for lunch and dinner.
